Habesha Mode makes it easy for the diaspora to support family back home.

Step 1 – Choose a Gift

From anywhere in the world, choose a product from our Eritrea Gift Service collection, including fridge, washing machine, TV, mobile phones, bikes, and other essential items.

Step 2 – Place Your Order

Complete checkout normally and enter your details 

Important Delivery Details

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide:

• Recipient's full name
• Recipient's phone number
• City and delivery area in Eritrea

These details should be entered in the product personalization box.
If the personalization box is not available, customers must email the details to:
support@habeshamode.com

Orders may be delayed if delivery details are missing or incorrect.

Step 3 – We Handle Everything

Once your order is placed, Habesha Mode handles product sourcing, logistics, and local delivery in Eritrea. Customers do not need to manage transport or coordination.

Step 4 – Delivery in Eritrea

Our local delivery team contacts the recipient directly.
Estimated delivery time is 1–2 weeks.
If direct vehicle access is not possible, delivery will be arranged to the nearest accessible city or agreed meeting point.
In most cases, our staff and the recipient coordinate directly.

Step 5 – Family Receives the Gift

Your family receives the item ready to use.

2ይ ደረጃ – ትእዛዝካ ኣቐምጥ

ብንቡር ምውጻእ ገንዘብ ምልኣዮ ዝርዝር ሓበሬታኻ ድማ ኣእቱ

ኣገዳሲ ዝርዝር ኣወሃህባ

ዕዉት ኣወሃህባ ንምርግጋጽ ዓማዊል፤

ምሉእ ስም ተቐባሊ
ቁጽሪ ተሌፎን ተቐባሊ
ከተማን ቦታን ኣብ ኤርትራ

እዞም ዝርዝራት ኣብቲ ናይ ፍርያት ውልቃዊ ምግባር ሳጹን ክኣትዉ ኣለዎም።
እቲ ናይ ብሕታዊ ምግባር ሳጹን እንተዘይተረኺቡ፡ ዓማዊል ነቲ ዝርዝር ብኢመይል ናብ፤

3ይ ደረጃ – ንኹሉ ንሕዞ

ትእዛዝኩም ምስ ተገብረ፡ ሓበሻ ሞድ ኣብ ኤርትራ ምንጪ ፍርያት፡ ሎጂስቲክስ፡ ከምኡ’ውን ኣብ ውሽጢ ዓዲ ምብጻሕ ይሰርሕ። ዓማዊል መጓዓዝያ ወይ ምውህሃድ ምምሕዳር ኣየድልዮምን እዩ።

4ይ ደረጃ – ኣወሃህባ ኣብ ኤርትራ

ናይ ከባቢና ናይ ምብጻሕ ጉጅለ ብቐጥታ ምስቲ ተቐባሊ ይራኸብ።
ግምታዊ ናይ  ግዜ ካብ 1–2 ሰሙን እዩ።
ቀጥታዊ ምብጻሕ ተሽከርከርቲ እንተዘይተኻኢሉ፡ ናብታ ኣብ ቀረባ ክትበጽሖ እትኽእል ከተማ ወይ ዝተሰማምዓሉ መአከቢ ቦታ ምብጻሕ ክዳሎ እዩ።
ኣብ መብዛሕትኡ እዋን ሰራሕተኛታትናን ተቐባሊን ብቐጥታ ይወሃሃዱ።

5ይ ደረጃ – ስድራቤት ነቲ ህያብ ይቕበሎ

ስድራቤትካ ነቲ ኣቕሓ ንኽጥቀሙሉ ድሉው ኮይኑ ይቕበልዎ።
ተልእኾና ኣብ ኣቦኻ ተስፋ ምግባር ኣብ ልዕሊ ኣዴኻ ድማ ዓቢ ፍሽኽታ ምግባር እዩ።
